My husband and I both had Egg Benedict, mine was with ham, his was with smoked salmon. The poached eggs were just right, cooked but still a soft centre.
Even the coffee was presented well

January 15th Breakfast at Sirromets
We had a fine dining experience to start our day. A couple of the girls I meet regularly on a Friday for coffee with, met at Sirromet winery (http://www.sirromet.com/index.html). It is the most beautiful view and the table service was wonderful. A lovely way to finish off our holidays which end for me on the 22nd when I return to school.
